Victoria Real Estate Board

The Victoria Real Estate Board is one of 8 real estate boards located throughout British Columbia. The area served by the Victoria Board includes Greater Victoria from Sooke to Sidney, up-Island as far as Cherry Point Road in Cobble Hill, and the Gulf Islands. In addition to operating the Multiple Listing Service® within its jurisdictional area, the Board also provides other membership services, education and community representation. The Board operates under its own Bylaws and Regulations and is dedicated to the concept of promoting interest in the purchase and sale of real estate in British Columbia and in continuing the concept of private ownership in real estate.
