Transat Marine is a distributor of marine products that started its business in Barrie, Ontario in 1992.  Transat quickly built a highly respected reputation as a specialist in sailboat rigging and hardware. In 2005, Transat was acquired by Western Marine Company, which began the expansion of its product offerings to include more brands and many powerboat-oriented items. Transat Marine brings many high-quality sailing and power boat lines and great expertise closer to our dealer network in central Canada and the Maritime provinces.
