SALTY BUOY is a marine fabricator that focuses on thoughtfully designed and well-crafted canvas for yachts.

We specialize in dodger sprayhoods, bimini tops, and full enclosures for sailing and powered yachts. Our approach utilizes the latest digital tools and traditional techniques to develop a custom canvas project that is specific to your boat’s aesthetics and functional requirements. Frames and canvas are designed in 3D CAD then fabricated with high quality and fit.

Quality marine canvas begins by incorporating the best materials into every fabrication. We prefer to specify solution-dyed acrylic or coated PVC vinyl fabrics depending on the application, premium clear vinyl sheets with scratch-resistant coatings or semi-rigid clear from polycarbonate or acrylic, PTFE lifetime thread, and stainless steel tubing and fittings for your custom boat canvas project.
