Opening its doors in 1964 by Ed Enns, River Sportsman has become a landmark business on Vancouver Island. It’s the simple philosophy of offering exceptional customer service from knowledgeable staff and quality products at competitive pricing that led River Sportsman to become one of the most trusted and respected sporting goods businesses in the industry.Taking the helm from their father in 1985 , Ken and David have been the running the store ever since. With the great combination of Ken’s deep passion for the outdoors and David’s attention to detail and business sense, they brought River Sportsman to where it is today.
